End of Tenancy cleaning is ideal if you are a landlord or a letting agency with a property that needs a complete clean before your new tenants move in? Or are you a tenant moving out of a property that requires a thorough deep clean before your leave to secure the return of your deposit?

Our carpet and upholstery service is available to both domestic and commercial clientele and we aim to offer a truly professional service to you. Staff are fully trained in using the latest stain removing products and machines. These machines will clean right down to the base of your carpets and extract grit, dirt and will pick up most stains, leaving your carpets like new again.

Window Cleaning

Window cleaning is a specialist area for A&B Cleaning Services. We employ the High Reach and Wash window cleaning method with water fed poles to deliver 100% pure water direct to the window. The pure water dries to a perfect finish. In fact the windows isn’t just clean its left totally sterile and as no chemicals or detergents are used, the whole process is environmentally friendly. This means the window cleaned with this system actually stay cleaner for longer which is especially relevant to the environment.

Conservatory Cleaning

Conservatory Cleaning will protect your long term investment and bring back that new look feeling. Over a period of time the accumulation of dirt, algae and pollutants can cause dis-colouration to your uPVC. Poly-carbonate or glass roof-frames, gutters, down pipes, windows, doors are all cleaned with our specialised uPVC cream cleaner and then thoroughly rinsed using 100% pure water system to leave a gleaming finish.

Builder's Cleans

We complete all builder’s cleans to a high standard. We’ll clean all windows, doors, electrical fittings, stairs, floors and more! We’ll also remove all leftover packaging and building materials to ensure a safe and clean environment.

Show Home Cleaning

We will provide an internal and external show home cleaning. This clean ensures all doors, skirting and other woodwork are clean and dust-free, all surfaces are polished and even light fittings are given some extra attention. All fabric upholstery will be vacuumed after dusting. External areas such as fascia, soffits, meter boxes and more will be cleaned too!

  • All sanitary ware wiped down with any marks, water stains and residue removed
  • All taps and shower fittings / screens wiped and polished
  • All tile areas cleaned and polished
  • All toilets disinfected and supplied with clip-on toilet blocks to maintain freshness
  • Rinse through all showers, baths and sinks ensuring and odour free
