Internal

  • Doors, frames, skirting, window boards and any other woodwork dusted and polished
  • All sanitary ware wiped down with any marks, water stains and residue removed
  • All taps and shower fittings / screens wiped and polished
  • All tile areas cleaned and polished
  • All toilets disinfected and supplied with clip-on toilet blocks to maintain freshness
  • Rinse through all showers, baths and sinks ensuring and odour free
  • All ironmongery, sockets and switches polished
  • All light fittings dusted and cleaned
  • Cupboards and units wiped down
  • Drawers wiped down
  • Worktops removed of items and cleaned and polished, sinks and taps polished
  • Kitchen appliances wiped down using applicable cleaning products
  • Wardrobes vacuumed out and shelves wiped down (including rails and doors)
  • Bedding shook before being vacuumed
  • All other surfaces dusted and polished (including bedside tables, dining tables, coffee tables etc)
  • All ornamental items washed, dusted and put back in place
  • Pictures and mirrors dusted and polished, with smear marks removed
  • Fabric upholstery vacuumed
  • Leather upholstery cleaned with applicable product
  • Vinyl / tiled floor areas vacuumed and mopped using applicable product to ensure no smearing
  • Carpeted areas thoroughly vacuumed
  • Carpeted areas spot cleaned if necessary
  • Internal windows and frames cleaned and made free of smears, windows opened and recesses cleaned
  • Report any issues to sales team
  • Plug-in air fresheners and refills can be supplied for an additional cost.
